What are Intensive In-Community Services?
Individualized, multi-systemic, goal-orientated, and strength-based clinical intervention that addresses the emotional and behavioral needs of youth with moderate to high needs. Services typically occur in the home but can be conducted in the community depending on the treatment needs.

Job Title: Licensed Level II and Part-Time Therapist Positions
Responsibilities:
- Services provided in In-House or In-Community settings.
- Provided therapy to address underlying issues, manage crises, and assist families in building sustainable support networks that will maintain changes made.
- Provide case management to link with needed services and pro-social activities.
- Provide advocacy and teach family members advocacy skills to improve relations with schools, human services, and juvenile justice agencies on behalf of clients.
- Complete all required documentation promptly.
- Represent programs in the community.
- All other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or a related field.
- Licensed at the LCSW, LMFT, or LPC level.
- 1-3 years of experience working with children and families in a clinical setting.
- Strong case management and advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and registration.
- Child Abuse and Criminal Background Clearance.
